Grant Applications

We're building something meaningful — a grant program designed to truly serve the mothers who need it most. We want to get this right before we open our doors.

We Are Not Yet Accepting Applications

Right now, we are working hard — building our partner network, establishing grant guidelines, and putting the infrastructure in place to serve mothers the way they deserve to be served. Opening applications before we're truly ready wouldn't be fair to the families counting on us.

We believe that doing this right matters more than doing it fast. When we open, every applicant will receive the attention, care, and follow-through that this program demands. Sign up below and you'll be among the first to know the moment we open.

What the Grant Program Will Offer

Here's a look at what we're building — so you'll know exactly what to expect when we open for applications.

👩‍⚕️

Who We'll Serve

High-risk pregnant mothers who lack the financial means to access a Level 2 ultrasound out-of-pocket. Priority is given to those whose OB has noted a concern but who face cost barriers to follow-up imaging.

What the Grant Covers

We fund Level 2 anatomy ultrasounds — also called targeted ultrasounds — with color Doppler capability to assess umbilical cord health, placenta, fetal anatomy, and overall wellbeing. Grant amounts cover $400–$600 per scan.

How It Works

Eligible mothers apply online. Once approved, we coordinate directly with a partner facility in their area and pay for the scan on their behalf. No money changes hands with the patient — we handle it all.

We are actively building our partner clinic network and grant infrastructure. Our goal is to open applications as soon as we have the capacity to serve each applicant properly. Sign up below to be notified the moment we're ready.

About the Upcoming Grant Program

When will grant applications open?

+

We don't have a firm launch date yet, and we believe that's actually the right approach. We are building our partner clinic network and grant infrastructure carefully so that when we open, we can serve every applicant with the attention and follow-through they deserve. Sign up for notifications above and you'll be the first to know.

Who will be eligible to apply for a grant?

+

Our program is designed for pregnant mothers who are considered high-risk and who face financial barriers to accessing a Level 2 ultrasound. We are finalizing our eligibility criteria now — including income guidelines and clinical risk factors — so that when we open, the process is clear and fair for everyone who applies.

Will Colter's Watch serve mothers outside of Kentucky?

+

We are beginning in Kentucky, particularly in the Mount Sterling area, as we build our partner network. As our partner clinic relationships grow, our goal is to expand our geographic reach. We want to serve as many families as our resources allow — one community at a time.

How can I help support the program while it's being built?

+

The best things you can do right now: follow us on Facebook to stay updated, share our page with anyone who may benefit or want to support us, and reach out via our contact page if you'd like to connect.
